Mago System
The main function of the Mago System is to enable controlled and pre-authorized fuel dispensing. The access key for refueling is a proximity RFID tag.
It works with up to 9999 vehicle tags, 9999 driver tags, or 100 selectable driver identification codes, or 9999 randomly generated driver codes.
The system operates 24 hours a day without the need for maintenance and does not require a fixed operator, as the driver themselves can use it with simple operations.
In addition to the Mago client software, the web server allows web viewing (from a tablet or smartphone) of refueling data for the last 3 months. The data is kept on our servers for 3 months from the first download to allow data acquisition at multiple locations.
The web server can be configured to send alarm emails regarding the minimum stock level of the tanks.
Through the Fuel Alert APP, it allows real-time receipt of refueling and tank levels on the smartphone, even for individual drivers with a ticket for refuelings performed with the configured TAG.
The device operation can be programmed through the management software and a dedicated USB TAG writer to be connected to the PC (included).
It is possible to customize its operation and requests with:
– Vehicle identification
– Operator identification
– Request for kilometers or hours of work
– Control of entered kilometers, maximum autonomy, and minimum kilometers traveled for authorization
– Setting the presumed consumption average with a possible maximum deliverable quantity
– Limitations on dispenser, product, or company
The Mago system manages the real-time stock levels of the tanks, calculated mathematically from the load entries, or through level probes inserted in the tanks.
Through the level probes, it also allows the detection of tank loads and abnormal level drops; it can be connected to the Telegram messaging system on smartphones or PCs to receive alerts, refuelings, and tank levels (optional).
It does not require a direct connection to the personal computer: the refueling data is transmitted by the BiClick IOT module via the internet over the GPRS network.
It stores all data regarding the operation performed: date and time of refueling, vehicle identification number and possibly the driver, liters dispensed, kilometers traveled, and tank level.
All internally stored data is retained even in case of a power outage, and if the power supply is interrupted during refueling, the data is saved.
The management software included with the device allows:
– Data download via the PC’s internet connection
– Refueling reports in chronological order or by consumption averages
– The historical register of tank movements (optional)
– TAG coding for their operation via the USB programmer
– The residual stock of the tank and the values of the possible level probe
– Management of driver and vehicle records
– Entry of external refuelings or import from credit card invoices (optional)
– Export of reports in Excel or .csv file
– Web server for quick consultation of levels and refuelings even without management software, email alerts on minimum tank stock
